Senior Project Manager & Tech Lead
I lead a portfolio of software, AI and IoT projects that help organizations automate work and improve operational visibility. My responsibilities span stakeholder discussions, scoping, recruitment, technical direction, planning, quality follow-up and deployment coordination.
I coordinate multidisciplinary teams across concurrent projects, balancing new development with maintenance and evolving client requirements. Projects in this portfolio include agricultural irrigation, industrial diagnostics, geotechnical reporting, BIM automation, student transportation and nursery operations.

I joined as the first developer and helped turn an early concept into a production access-control platform for the Swedish market. As the product grew, I recruited the team and combined hands-on development with product decisions, architecture guidance and delivery management across mobile, web, backend and embedded systems.
The platform launched in Sweden and was deployed across thousands of homes. My work continued through integration, release and successive rounds of refinement.
