Student transportation & mobility

GNFF / SJP Connect

Bringing transport planning, bus visibility and passenger communication together.

A connected administration platform and student/driver applications for university transportation.

Planning and scheduling engine

The challenge

Transport teams need to coordinate buses, drivers and schedules while keeping students informed about services. Disconnected planning and communication make operational changes harder to manage.

The solution

The platform combines an administration interface with student and driver mobile experiences. It supports route and schedule management, driver assignments, live tracking, passenger information, announcements and feedback. Administrative tools bring planning, fleet monitoring, issue reporting and user management into one workspace.

My role

I coordinated product requirements, technical direction and delivery across the administration, backend and mobile components. My responsibilities included scoping workflows for different users, organizing development and QA, following architecture and integration, and preparing releases. I worked to keep operational planning and the passenger experience aligned as requirements evolved.

Value delivered

Administrators gain a clearer view of transport operations, drivers receive a dedicated operational interface and students can access transport information through the app. Shared workflows support coordination when schedules or service conditions change.
